These are brand new, high quality, replacement Capacitors for your 1990-1994 DSM ECU. The stock capacitors are prone to leaking, spilling corrosive acid on the sensitive electronics in your ECU. A new ECU can cost hundreds from a junkyard and at least $1000 if you can find it at a dealer. This a common problem on all Eclipse/Talon/Laser from 1990-1994!
